Welcome to TrueCount Services. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

Services TrueCount Services provides bookkeeping, payroll, and financial support for small businesses. All services are provided under a separate written agreement and pricing quote.

Website Use: This website is for informational purposes. Contact forms and consultation requests are subject to availability.

Consultations: Free consultations are introductory only. Any advice given during a free consultation is general in nature. Formal services require a signed agreement.

Payments & Billing

• All services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment is due upon receipt.

• We accept major credit cards and ACH payments.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability: TrueCount Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.

Cancellation: You may cancel services at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to end services with notice if needed.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
